EDIT: Fiat 850!
Sorry for the potato pic, I was across the street and had to go back to work. At first I thought it looked like something based on a Fiat 500 (it’s very small and looks rear-engined), so I thought Autobianchi, but nothing I’ve found matches. Any idea?

Waw thanks! It looks really cool, I have to say. Between that and the Autobianchi I saw earlier this week, it seems someone is having a thing for small Italian classics around here... And I’m not complaining!
